Chef Brandee Smith

Chef Brandee Smith began her culinary journey at Eastland Career Center, where she graduated in 2017. During her time there, she distinguished herself in multiple culinary competitions, earning $45,000 in scholarships to Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky.

At Sullivan, Brandee was chosen for the prestigious Walt Disney World College Program where she worked full-time at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort. There, she mastered skills in an open Italian kitchen and gained exclusive experience cooking in the resort’s club-level dining.

After returning home to Columbus during the COVID-19 pandemic, Brandee launched her own private chef service business in 2020. Since then she has built a thriving career, traveling with clients nationwide—from Las Vegas to Florida to Puerto Rico—while providing elevated, customized dining experiences.
